A seated person in saffron-orange robes holds a small brass kalasha-style vessel on a long metal rod. Another hand holds a dark twisted object near the floor. Standing beside are people in white dhotis with blue-edged borders and a figure in pink cloth with bare feet. The face of the seated figure is not visible, so the identity cannot be confirmed from appearance.2008-04-05Close photograph of a seated man with long, swept-back dark hair wearing an orange shawl and a long rudraksha mala, bending over a small polished silver vessel held in his cupped hands. A man in white clothing with an orange garment appears behind him, and a wooden surface edges the lower right. The seated figure has a distinctive long-haired appearance with orange drapery and rudraksha beads, which fits the page's reference to Swamiji, so this is a probable match for the Swamiji candidate present in person, though the identification rests on appearance cues only.2008-07-03A man in profile sits cross-legged in meditation on an orange cushion placed on a low wooden seat, eyes closed, a brass kalasha-style vessel with a spout beside him on a woven mat. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange robe and a long rudraksha mala of dark beads across his chest, with a white and red tilak on his forehead and dark hair tied back. Behind him, another person in white sits blurred, and orange-roofed buildings and a wooden table stand in the background. Kolam-style white floor drawings are visible on the ground. The scene suggests a meditation or puja setting outdoors.2010-09-22July 21 20102010-07-21Outdoor ritual scene on bare sandy ground with scattered ash and charcoal-marked fire pits. A man in flowing saffron-orange robes and a matching orange shawl sits cross-legged on an orange cushion, wearing a long rudraksha mala with dark beads, his head bowed and one hand extended toward a small brass kalasha-style vessel with a handle. Behind him, two people in white clothes with yellow shawls sit near another fire pit. Green grass and white stone platforms are visible at right. Swamiji (probable): the seated central figure has long swept-back hair and saffron clothing with a rudraksha mala, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji.2010-08-07July 20 20102010-07-20July 03 20082008-07-03A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits cross-legged on a low wooden platform over sandy ground with scattered grey ash or ritual residue. A dark rudraksha mala with large beads hangs around the neck. The figure's hands rest near a polished brass vessel with a spout and a handle, set on the ground in front. Only the torso, hands and legs are visible; the face is cropped out of frame, and a second person in white is partly visible at the upper right edge.2010-07-10A man with long dark hair tied back sits cross-legged on an orange cushion placed on a low wooden platform, eyes closed, in meditation. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange garment with a matching orange shawl and a long rudraksha mala of brown beads around his neck, with a red bindi on his forehead. A brass kalasha-style pot with a handle and spout sits on a woven mat beside him. Behind him, a blurred figure in white sits near orange-painted buildings, and a yellow shrub is visible at the left edge. Probable Swamiji by appearance: long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala, seated in meditation.2010-09-22A photograph of a man seated outdoors with eyes closed, wearing an orange-saffron garment with a magenta shawl draped over his shoulder and a bare upper chest. He has long dark swept-back hair, a red bindi on his forehead, and heavy gold necklaces and a gold bracelet. He holds a silver ritual vessel with a pointed finial in one hand and a silver-handled implement in the other. A microphone stand is at right, bamboo poles and green leaves are behind him, and a partially visible person in glasses appears at the lower left edge. Swamiji (probable) cues include long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha-style gold necklaces and a ceremonial shawl, in a ritual setting.2006-09-29 +1 copiesDecember 09 20112011-12-09May 20 20132013-05-20
