A bearded man in a rust-orange robe with a large white and red flower garland sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne, his hands extended to receive a ritual offering. Before him a man in a white dhoti with a gold-trimmed cloth and a bright red sash bends forward presenting a red-and-white cloth-wrapped object. Behind them stand bare-chested men in white dhotis, one with white tripundra marks and rudraksha malas, another with a brown shawl and gold pendant, and a long-haired woman in an orange sari. A brass trident-topped ritual vessel stands nearby. Behind the group, many devotees are seated, and a canopy of colourful tassels hangs overhead. Many people are visible; the count is approximate.

Photograph of a ceremonial scene in an indoor hall. A man with long swept-back hair, a bearded face, a saffron-orange robe and a heavy ornate gold necklace with a large gold pendant sits on a gilded throne with red upholstery and receives an offering from a hand held out to him. He wears a bangle and a red thread bracelet, and has tilak markings on his forehead. Around him stand men in white dhotis and white shirts, some with gold-bordered cloths and rudraksha malas, one bare-chested with a dark bead mala. A man in a white shirt stands behind a camera on a tripod at the right, and a white pedestal fan sits in the background beside red curtains.

A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne in front of a red curtain and a painted deity backdrop with multiple raised arms. He wears a long rudraksha mala and a large gold ceremonial necklace, and has long dark hair with a beard. Around him several men in white dhoti-style clothes with gold borders stand, some bare-chested with red sashes, one holding a yellow cloth, while others attend in the foreground. Gold carved pillars flank the scene. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure shows long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace and rudraksha mala with saffron clothing, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji at this event.

Beside him, a shirtless devotee in a white dhoti with a white cloth tied at the head bends forward while another man in a white dhoti and sacred thread stands behind, one hand on the devotee's back, apparently performing a blessing or padapuja-style ritual. Behind them hang gold and maroon silk drapes and a tall brass lamp stands at right.
