A seated man in a rust-red robe, rust-red turban with a white feather, and a long beaded brown-gold mala rests his bare foot on a brass plate of flowers and offerings while devotees kneel to wash or honour it. A woman in a dark embroidered sari with gold bangles presses her palms together beside a brass tray of offerings. Behind them a man in white with a rudraksha mala and a man in a yellow shirt join their palms. A gold lion statue and a framed portrait labelled with a saffron-robed figure sit to the side, with a projection screen on the right wall. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure in the rust robe, turban and long beaded mala is the central figure being honoured.2013-12-21Photograph of a ritual gathering in a hall. On a gilded throne at right sits a figure with long dark hair wearing an orange-saffron robe, rudraksha mala, and ornate gold necklace, his hands resting on his lap; the figure is seated and the appearance cues are partial. In the foreground, several devotees sit on the floor in white and cream clothes, a child in blue at lower right, and a man in white at left. Gilded puja trays with flowers, a ceremonial sword-like object and small oil lamps sit on the floor, and a priest in white with a golden-edged cloth kneels at left while another man in orange and a tall ornate headdress sits behind. The setting is a plain pink-walled stage with a microphone on a gilded stand.2011-02-25A seated figure on a red and gold throne with a lion-carved golden base receives devotees in a hall decorated with yellow and white flowers and garlands. He wears a rust-brown robe, a long red-and-white beaded mala and gold ornaments on his arms and chest. Before him, a row of devotees, mostly women in white and cream saris with red shawls and some men in white shirts with orange shawls, sit on a golden cushioned mat, many holding small brass plates with offerings and flowers. A child in white sits in the foreground. Behind them, more seated devotees fill the room with red curtains and air conditioners on the walls. The figure matches the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues of long swept-back hair, rudraksha-style red mala and ornate gold jewellery, seated in a throne-like setting as the guru receiving offerings.2016-07-19December 11 20122012-12-11October 12 20172017-10-12November 22 20102010-11-22A seated man on a gold-and-red throne wears a long garland of white and orange flowers, a crown-like ornament on his black hair, a deep orange shawl and gold bangles. He sits with his hand resting on a gold platform holding flower offerings. Around him, a large group sits on the floor in white clothes with orange shawls, several with garlands, listening attentively. A cameraman with a tripod stands at the left edge, a white cooler fan stands among the seated devotees, and a red curtain backdrop and a large golden deity murti fill the background. a person seated on the peetha, surrounded by disciples during a satsang setting.2016-07-15October 26 20152015-10-26
