A photograph of an indoor satsang hall with pink walls, red curtains and framed deity pictures above. Three standing figures hold brass oil lamps with lit flames. On the left, a woman in orange robes with short grey hair holds a lamp. In the centre, a man in white kurta with an orange scarf holds a lamp. On the right, a bald man with glasses wears an orange robe and holds a lamp, bending slightly forward. Seated devotees in white with orange shawls, many with palms pressed together, fill the floor, with brass plates of offerings in front. A figure with a crown-like head covering is not present; the scene reads as an aarti during satsang. Appearance-based candidate for a person is not clearly established, so identity is unsure.2012-04-26 +1 copiesDevotees perform an aarti with oil lamps in a hall with pink walls and red curtains. Three people stand at the front: a woman in orange clothing with short grey hair holds a lit lamp, a man in a white kurta with an orange shawl holds a lamp, and a man in an orange robe and orange shawl with a shaved head holds a lit lamp in both hands. Several wear orange shawls and white clothing. A young man in a white dhoti with a sacred thread and rudraksha mala kneels at right, tending a brass oil-lamp stand with three lit flames, a traditional aarti or puja setting. Brass lamps rest on a silver tray in the foreground. A woman in a teal sari sits in the background beside other seated people in white. The scene suggests a satsang or puja gathering.
