A seated man in a rust-red turban and rust-red robe with a saffron-orange shawl speaks into a microphone while gesturing with his right hand. He wears a long gold necklace with a pendant, a gold armband and bangles, and sits on a red tiger-striped cushioned seat flanked by two golden lion sculptures. Behind him are dense garlands of marigolds, roses and white flowers in orange, pink, yellow and red. The tiger-skin mat beneath him and the gold-embossed base complete the throne-like setting, which suggests a discourse. The person is a presence rather than a clearly identified figure from appearance alone, so identity is left unsure.
