A photograph of a man in an orange saffron turban and orange wrap, with a red-orange shawl draped over one shoulder, walking barefoot down the narrow metal steps of a train carriage. Long dark hair falls past his shoulders and his right hand rests lightly on the grab rail. Blue-grey metal walls and handrails frame the doorway, with a small cardboard box at the bottom edge. Swamiji (probable) is shown here by the saffron turban, long hair and ornate saffron wrap, and the page identifies this as a train journey from Bengaluru to Delhi during the June 2004 Himalayan Yatra.2004-06-13June 19 20082008-06-192004-FIRST-HIMALAYAN-YATRAJune 13 2004 - Himalayas Yatra Train journey2004-06-13A young man in saffron-orange robes stands on a grassy slope before a steep grey rock face, wearing a long rudraksha mala across his chest and a dark wrap at his neck. He wears sandals and looks off to one side. Beside a pale stone slab at right, another person in an orange cloth and white shirt is partly visible at the edge. A date stamp in orange digits runs along the left edge, reading 19 6 2000. The scene suggests a Himalayan pilgrimage setting with rocky terrain and green shrubs.2004-06-19June 22 20082008-06-22A photo of a man walking down a covered corridor with white walls and a red-and-green striped runner on the floor. He wears an orange turban, an orange robe draped over the shoulders with a maroon border, and a long rudraksha mala hanging to his waist, with red tilak marks on his forehead. He is barefoot in sandals and looks downward as he walks. A second person in light clothing is partly visible behind him on the left.2005-05-25A photograph of a seated figure in an orange saffron robe and matching orange turban, hands pressed together in namaste at the chest with eyes lowered. The robed figure sits on a white draped seat or throne with bare feet on a white cloth, and rose petals are scattered on the cloth below. Behind is a microphone on a stand, a floral curtain and a partly visible second person in orange near the seat. The figure's long hair is visible beneath the turban, with a beaded mala necklace over the robe.August 22 20092009-08-222004-FIRST-HIMALAYAN-YATRAA standing man walks barefoot across a pale paved terrace, wearing a long flowing saffron-orange robe wrapped over one shoulder, with long dark hair swept back and a red mark on his forehead. Behind him are a white parapet wall, green trees and a metal railing under an overcast sky. The appearance matches the saffron-robed, long-haired presentation of the page's subject, so this is a person figure visible in person, though the uncertainty is noted here as a candidate only.2010-02-04A smiling young man stands outdoors in front of a stone wall and steps, wearing an orange-saffron turban and a flowing saffron-orange robe draped over one shoulder. He wears a long rudraksha mala with large beads and a gold pendant at his chest. Behind him, a person in a blue garment and a boy in a white shirt walk near rocks and a parked red motorcycle is at left.2004-11-26
