Night outdoor photo of a ceremonial seat under a red and gold umbrella with sequined fringe. Seated on a golden throne-like chair and draped in a maroon cloth is a large printed cutout portrait of a bearded man wearing an orange-brown turban with a tilak, a rudraksha-style mala and ornate gold chains, with a garland of white and yellow-red flowers around his neck. The printed cutout is not a physical person. Flower petals and marigold garlands cover the maroon cloth, and a brass tray of petals sits in front. At right, two people in white dhotis with orange cloths are seated beside orange-draped tables with flower arrangements, performing ritual offerings. The ground is dark and open.2021-10-10A puja arrangement inside an open-sided hall with a corrugated roof. A large framed portrait on a gold-edged stand shows a smiling figure in an orange-red turban, garlanded with yellow and pink flower strands, seated behind a red-and-gold cloth. A red silk umbrella with silver fringe is held above it. Before it stands a small copper deity figure in red, surrounded by yellow marigolds and rose petals on a brass plate. Two brass oil lamps burn, a golden trident stands at right, and brass vessels, a conch shell and a cup of offerings are arranged on a cloth. A small printed photo at left shows feet, and its caption reads "Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda". No people are physically present.2021-10-13A seated figure in orange-saffron robes and an orange turban sits on an ornate golden throne (peetha) backed by a large flower-decorated arch of red, yellow, white and purple blossoms. He wears a pink and white garland, a rudraksha-style mala and gold arm bands. Gold parasols with fringed canopies stand on either side, flanked by silver tridents (trishula) and a silver oil lamp (deepa) in the foreground. A green leafy canopy hangs above. Two women in pale clothing sit at the lower right edge in front of the stage. Swamiji (probable) appears to be the seated figure, based on the saffron robes, turban, ornate garlands and rudraksha cues, presented on the throne as a ceremonial seat.2015-07-09Nighttime outdoor satsang on a raised dais under a multicoloured fringed canopy. A bearded man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban with a tilak sits on an ornate gold throne flanked by two gold lion sculptures and gold trident staffs. He wears a long yellow and pink marigold garland and a rudraksha mala, with his bare feet resting on a wooden footstool. A small kneeling attendant in orange is at the left edge, a pedestal fan stands at right, and string lights and green oleander shrubs frame the scene.2016-11-05March 06 20162016-03-06 +1 copiesMarch 06 20162016-03-06 +1 copiesOctober 18 20152015-10-18 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gilded throne decorated with a rainbow-coloured floral backdrop of garlands in red, yellow, white and purple.
