A man in a rust-red turban with a crescent-moon jewelled ornament, a white flower garland and red rudraksha-style beads, bare-shouldered in an orange-red garment, extends both arms and palms toward the head of a kneeling devotee in a maroon kurta with a beaded garland. The devotee bows with eyes closed and hands raised in namaste. He extends his right arm to touch the forehead of a seated man with short dark hair and a beard, while another person's hair is visible in the foreground and a hand holds a white card or paper. The background is a plain reddish-brown wall. He wears gold armbands, bangles and a gold waist chain. Behind him are ornate gold and silver throne panels, a leopard-print cushion, red and pink garlands, and a jewelled, embroidered backdrop. A second kneeling devotee with earrings is partly visible at right, and a microphone stand stands in front. The scene reads as darshan or blessing at a throne-side gathering. Two physical people are visible; the seated figure is an appearance-based a person with crown, garland and ornate golden attire.2018-04-21April 17 20182018-04-17A seated man in an orange-red turban with a crescent-moon ornament and rudraksha beads, wearing a white and orange marigold garland, places his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in a dark sleeveless top with palms pressed together in namaste. A brass deity statue stands in the background beside a floor fan, and a silver ritual object is at the left edge. The kneeling man receives blessing.
