The man in the centre has short dark hair, closed eyes and a red-brown rudraksha mala around his neck, and he is chanting. Others beside and behind him, some shaven-headed with white markings on their foreheads, also hold their hands in anjali mudra with eyes closed. Some wear yellow-edged cloths and wrist bracelets.2011-01-28December 31 20112011-12-31A photograph of several men in white ritual dhotis and shawls seated and praying with palms pressed together at chest level. In the foreground, a shaved-headed young man with eyes closed wears white and red-trimmed cloth, a black rudraksha-style mala, and a gold bracelet, with white sacred ash marks on his forehead and arms. Behind him, other devotees sit with hands folded, some wearing dark beaded necklaces. The setting appears to be an indoor satsang or puja gathering. No identifiable a person figure is visible.2010-10-25 +1 copiesA group of men in white dhotis and white shawls sit closely together in a temple hall, many with hands pressed in anjali mudra, eyes closed or lowered in prayer. A warm glow of oil lamps or a small fire pit lights the scene in the foreground. Several men wear wooden rudraksha malas over their bare shoulders. No single figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance, so the scene is described by roles only: devotees and ashram members at a puja or satsang.2010-12-28A row of seated men in prayer at a pada puja in a bright hall with pink walls and a red curtain. Six men sit in a line with palms pressed together in namaskar. The four on the left wear saffron-orange robes and the two on the right wear white dhoti-style cloth with red-striped borders, one with a shawl-like wrap. Several have white vibhuti tilak lines on their foreheads, and some wear rudraksha malas and gold bangles. Brass plates, small oil lamps and offerings are arranged on the floor in front of them, and a white-clad figure with a shaved head sits near the right edge.2011-08-04June 07 20112011-06-07November 15 20112011-11-15September 10 20112011-09-10August 18 20112011-08-18
