Most wear white garments with orange-saffron shawls draped over their shoulders; several have hands pressed together in prayer or folded in their laps. Before them on banana leaf plates are servings of white rice, vegetable curries and fried items, with small steel tumblers beside each plate, and brass vessels near the row. Others are seated further along the line. The setting appears to be a ceremonial meal or puja offering. A partial banner with a figure is visible at the upper right.2006-10-12A photo of a row of seated women in saffron-orange robes with hands pressed together in namaskar, eyes closed, before banana leaf meals set on the floor. Several women wear rudraksha malas and white vertical tilak marks on their foreheads; one wears a pink-and-orange sari with a dark rudraksha mala. Plates hold rice, curries, sweets, fried items and bananas, with paper cups beside them. Behind them, more saffron-clad participants sit and a saffron cloth hangs over a raised seat in a hall with a projector screen.2013-07-14September 11 20152015-09-11 +1 copiesSeptember 10 20152015-09-10 +2 copiesPhotograph of four men seated cross-legged on the floor in a tiled room, eating a meal from stainless steel thalis served on low wooden tables. The figure at far left wears a peach-pink shawl draped over his head and body, a yellow vertical tilak with red dot on his forehead, and layered rudraksha malas; his eyes are closed and he holds a water bottle. The man beside him wears saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala and eats rice from a steel plate, with bowls of dal and curry, apples and a banana nearby. Two more men in orange robes sit further right, one with white hair and beard. A window with a fogged pane is behind them.2015-09-11 +1 copiesSeptember 10 20152015-09-10 +3 copiesFebruary 15 20132013-02-15October 12 20162016-10-12
