A photograph of a multi-storey concrete building under construction against a pale blue sky. The upper floors are unfinished grey breeze-block walls wrapped in bamboo-and-steel scaffolding, with a yellow vertical ladder on the left side. The lower floors are painted orange with white-framed windows and balconies. Several workers in light clothing are visible on the scaffolding and the roofline, and a few small figures stand at the lower levels. A corner of a tree appears at the bottom left edge.
