A seated man in saffron-orange draped clothing sits on an ornate gold throne framed by garlands of red rose petals and white-yellow flowers. He wears multiple strands of rudraksha beads with gold ornaments, gold-and-orange armbands and wrist bands, and a red bindi on his forehead. He gestures with one raised hand while speaking, the other hand resting on his lap. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron garments, rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold necklaces on a throne, consistent with a discourse setting. The only visible people are this one speaker, and the image shows a discourse on a gilded peetha.2011-10-27October 27 20112011-10-27October 27 20112011-10-27PhotoAlbum +1 copiesA seated man with long dark wavy hair and a red bindi sits cross-legged on an ornate gold throne decorated with red and white flower garlands and a red velvet cushion. He wears an orange-saffron shawl and dhoti, multi-strand rudraksha malas with gold accents, gold armlets and beaded bangles, and his hands rest in a meditation mudra in his lap. The throne has intricate gold repoussé carving and a red velvet dais, with flower petals scattered at its base. The appearance matches the Swamiji candidate described by the page, with distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha malas, so this is a probable identification.2011-10-27A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits on a gold-upholstered sofa in front of an ornate gold repoussé backdrop with floral and deity-like relief panels. He wears a red kumkum dot and white vibhuti on his forehead, a rudraksha mala with gold bead ornaments, and a large red and green flower garland with gold accents. A small head microphone is visible, and he raises one index finger while smiling and speaking. The leopard-print cloth beneath the sofa is visible at the bottom. Only one physical person is present. The page indicates Swamiji was at this event, and the appearance cues (saffron clothing, rudraksha mala, flower garland, gold ornaments, long hair) are consistent with a probable identification, so this is labelled Swamiji (probable) based on appearance.2012-09-20A photograph of a long-haired man seated cross-legged on an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushion, decorated with red and white flower garlands.
