Night-time outdoor festival stage under white and blue-and-orange draped tents with fairy lights. Musicians sit at left in white clothes playing drums and percussion on a green-covered platform. In the centre, white-clad men gather near a raised stage with a lit oil lamp and flower offerings, while a crowd of people in white shirts and dark trousers walks and stands along a roped walkway. Seated spectators in plastic chairs and a striped shirt occupy the foreground. A large framed portrait hangs at right beside a green-lit tree and a red flag on a pole.

Many men in white shirts and dhotis, some in orange saris and women in pink and yellow saris, stand and mill about in crowds near the stage and along a railing. A table with speakers, a laptop and a monitor sits in front; a standing lectern is on the left. Two small figures in the foreground watch from the edge of the crowd.
