The man in the centre wears a reddish-brown dhoti-style cloth and a rudraksha mala, with his hands folded in front of him. Beside him a man in orange-saffron cloth and a thick rudraksha necklace carries a tall silver staff. A bare-chested younger man in the right foreground wears a white and yellow-bordered cloth, rudraksha beads and a white forehead mark, with his hair in a bun. In the centre, a bearded man with long dark hair and a dark robe stands with palms pressed together in namaskar, his forehead marked with white tilaka. Beside him a man in an orange robe with rudraksha malas and a ceremonial sceptre-like staff stands in the group. Other men wear white dhotis and black or white turbans, several with rudraksha beads and ash markings. In the centre, a man in a rust-red saffron wrap and multiple rudraksha malas holds his hands together in prayer, with a small vibhuti mark on his forehead. Beside him, a bearded man in an orange-saffron wrap stands with hands folded. Around them, men in white dhotis with gold borders and bare torsos stand in the water, and a man in an orange cloth and a cameraman holding a camera stand at right. The scene appears to be a ritual bathing or sacred water ceremony at the shore. a person is not confidently identifiable from appearance alone, so the central figure is described by role as a devotee in ritual wear.2018-04-28December 12 20162016-12-12
