Outdoor photo on dry grass beneath a large leafy tree, with a grey multi-storey building behind. A group of men stands in lines on the ground. Several wear white kurta-style tops and white dhotis, one in a dark blue t-shirt with black belt, and one in a white top with a sacred cord. At right, a man in an orange robe and orange kurta stands with hands on hips, and a man in a white shirt and white dhoti stands nearby. Some men at left in casual shirts and jeans watch. Some participants raise their arms behind their heads. Pale stone blocks line the background wall.2011-12-13December 13 20112011-12-13An outdoor gathering on a dusty ground beside trees and a red-brick building. Several men in white shirts and white dhotis with orange or yellow waist sashes stand in loose groups, several with hands on hips. A man in a white shirt and khaki trousers stands centre-left. On the right, a bald man in an orange-saffron kurta with an orange shawl stands apart from the group. Children and a woman in the foreground are partially visible at the bottom edge, with a child in a light shirt at the left.2010-12-22Outdoor photo of several men and a girl gathered around a circular stone-edged fire pit on bare earth, with white rangoli designs and red dot motifs around its rim and a woven mat laid beside it. A man in a white shirt and light trousers bends forward with his hand near the ash in the pit, while another in a white shirt and blue jeans leans over. A man in white dhoti and shirt with a rudraksha-style mala stands with hands folded, and a man in a white shirt and jeans has his hand raised at his head. Behind them, a girl in white with a shawl stands near a red-and-white pillar, and a man in white dhoti stands at the left edge beside a red-roofed building. The scene suggests a fire ritual with offerings, though no clear homa is visible.2010-12-22Outdoor photo of a kabaddi-style game on a dusty dirt ground in front of a partly built concrete multi-storey building under a clear sky. Several men in white kurta-style clothes with yellow waist cords and orange-red lettering on white t-shirts crouch and lunge toward each other. A man in a bright orange polo shirt and orange trousers stands barefoot at centre, smiling and reaching out with one hand toward a player, while another man in orange-trimmed white stands at the right pointing. Trees, a red-roofed structure and a fenced area appear in the background.2010-12-27Outdoor scene on dry, sparsely grassed ground under a pale blue sky. Many people in white or light clothing stand and move in a loose line, several in white kurta-style or pale trousers and one in an orange tunic, while a man in a light blue shirt and dark trousers stands facing them with his arm extended. Behind them an orange and red canopy or awning and a few orange flags are visible, with a cameraman at a tripod on the right and a crowd gathered further back. A distant figure in saffron and white is also present. The setting suggests a group exercise or training session in an open field.2011-12-13August 14 20172017-08-14August 05 20102010-08-05December 25 20092009-12-25A photograph of a group of men practising a bending or stretching exercise on a dry, dusty open ground under a partly cloudy sky. A bald man in an orange-saffron robe with a belt stands centre-right, hands at his sides. Behind them are a partly built multi-storey concrete building, a red-brick structure, parked vehicles and green trees.2010-08-10 +1 copiesOutdoor photograph of a bare dirt field with sparse grass, eucalyptus trees and a low red-earth embankment behind. About a dozen barefoot men in white dhoti-style clothing with yellow waist sashes and white headbands are gathered in loose groups, several with arms raised in gesture, one holding a small object.
