November 27 20112011-11-27A photograph of a temple interior decorated for worship. In the foreground, a man seen from behind wears a rust-orange dhoti and a matching orange turban with a red-orange shawl, a flower garland around his neck, and gold bangles; he stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. Beside him, two men in white dhotis stand near. In the centre, an ornate red-and-gold throne with lion-figure armrests and a rainbow-coloured floral torana stands empty. On the right, two deity murti figures with large eyes and crowns are dressed in a red cloth and heavily garlanded with marigolds and multicoloured flowers. Brass oil lamps with lit wicks stand in front of them, and a brass plate sits on the floor. A painted pillared backdrop and a maroon curtain complete the setting.2014-12-05May 31 20182018-05-31December 05 20142014-12-05December 14 20162016-12-14November 24 20172017-11-24A temple shrine lit at dusk with a large central deity murti decorated with a crown, heavy gold-and-jewel necklaces and garlands of yellow, red, pink and white flowers. In the foreground a woman in a maroon sari with gold border, wearing bangles and a red flower garland, bends forward with hands raised beside a brass vessel. Another brass lamp and a white-and-red flower garland rest on a wooden platform below.
