October 17 20072007-10-17A night-time puja at an open-air shrine with white stone pillars and carved panels. Three deity figures stand in the back, one wearing a red and green crown, against a violet draped backdrop, with a red curtain at right. In the foreground a bald man in a saffron/orange robe with a white forehead mark holds a long garland of pink and white flowers, while a man in white clothing receives it. A brass vessel and a tray of offerings sit on the altar, and another person in white stands at left holding a plate. The man in orange has no visible rudraksha, crown, long hair or ceremonial gold cues, so his identity is uncertain.2007-10-17December 10 20072007-12-10A night-time temple scene at a decorated shrine with a stone frame draped in garlands of marigolds and leaves, and a deity murti in the centre adorned with flower garlands and a red cloth. In the foreground a young man in an orange saffron shawl and orange robe stands barefoot with his back to the camera, reaching up to the deity, while a person in white clothes with long dark hair stands beside him. On the left a young man in white dhoti and an orange shawl holds a brass tray. Banana plants and strings of flowers frame the shrine, and a brass lamp stands in the lower right.2007-12-10December 10 20072007-12-10A photograph of a temple blessing at dusk before a shrine with a golden deity murti garlanded in marigolds and flowers, flanked by brass lamps. A man in orange robes with long dark hair, standing on the right, holds a plate of offerings in one hand and touches the head of a devotee with the other. The devotee, in a white shirt and white dhoti with a red-and-gold shawl, bows with hands joined near his chest. Another white-clad person stands behind, and an orange cloth hangs on the left. The orange robed man has distinctive long hair and orange clothing, but his appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so he is described by role only as a robed priest. Three people are visible.2010-07-07April 23 20132013-04-23 +2 copiesMay 07 20172017-05-07A seated figure in an orange robe with a floral garland sits on a red-cushioned golden throne in front of a large flower-decorated backdrop of marigolds, roses and yellow blooms. A man in white dhoti and shirt stands behind the throne holding a red-and-gold ceremonial item over the seated figure's head. At left, a bald man in an orange robe with a rudraksha mala smiles while holding the arm of a standing attendant in white. Two other people in white stand at the edges of the frame. The scene appears to be a ceremonial reception on a stage.2010-10-24Night photo at a temple shrine with a deity murti group on the left, decorated with garlands of white, yellow, red and purple flowers, brass lamps on a stone platform in front. A barefoot man in orange robes stands on a mat of flower petals, wearing a long multicolour flower garland, gazing toward the shrine. Behind him a monk in an orange hooded top and orange dhoti stands with hands joined, and a person in orange garments is partly visible at the right edge. The page excerpt does not establish who the standing man is, so no identity is attributed to him.2011-12-10December 10 20072007-12-10April 23 20132013-04-23 +2 copies
