Several bare-chested men in saffron-orange dhotis sit in a row on the floor eating a ritual meal from green banana-leaf plates. Their chests and arms bear white sacred ash lines, and they wear rudraksha mala necklaces. The nearest man in front has a shaved head, a small hoop earring, and an orange shawl, and he is pressing food with his fingers. Other seated men beside him eat with their right hands. Small white paper cups and food portions are arranged on the leaves. The background is softly blurred with other seated attendees.

Three men in front wear saffron-orange cloth and rudraksha malas, with white ash horizontal markings on their foreheads and arms. They sit cross-legged on a red mat, one with hands folded, behind a low table holding brass lamps, a kalasha-style brass vessel, flower petals, a conch shell and offering bowls. Behind them, seated devotees in white clothing and a man in a red shawl watch the ritual, with a woman in a white shirt at right.

A row of seated devotees in a temple hall performs a ritual with brass oil lamps and small brass vessels set on red and pink mats in front of them. Several men wear saffron-orange dhotis, bare upper bodies, rudraksha malas and white tripundra markings on their foreheads and arms. The foremost man in orange has his hands near the lamps, eyes lowered. Others sit with palms joined in prayer. Burning incense sticks rise among the lamps, and a blurred background of more seated participants and a framed image completes the scene.
