A large gilded arch frames a central deity murti with a golden crown, flanked by two figures, seated on a red-cushioned throne. Seated devotees fill the green-carpeted floor, many in orange, white, yellow and teal garments and headscarves, several with hands folded. A man in orange robes stands near the centre, and a robed figure sits on a golden throne to the right beside a brass lamp and ceremonial items, with ritual objects set on a low golden table in front of the altar.2013-02-12A large tent interior filled with seated devotees and sadhus facing a decorated raised stage at the front. The stage holds ornate silver and gold shrine canopies framing deity murtis and figures, with festive bunting strung along the top. Most attendees sit cross-legged on colourful striped woven mats, many in orange and saffron robes, others in white kurtas, with several wearing orange or yellow turbans. Two sadhus in the foreground have shaved heads and wrap-arounds, and a red-shawled figure sits in the middle rows. Some people hold water bottles and bags, and a camera operator stands at the right edge. The audience, roughly a hundred people, is seated in front of the stage as if attending a darshan or satsang.2015-09-11September 11 20152015-09-11Outdoor photograph of a large ceremonial gathering under a striped red-and-white canopy with marigold garlands hanging on dark purple drapes. On a raised stage, a row of seated swamis and priests wear saffron and orange robes, with a central figure seated before a white-draped table and red decorative backdrop. A standing attendant in white stands at the stage edge. In the foreground, many seated devotees in white and colourful saris face the stage on plastic chairs.2007-08-09September 11 20152015-09-11Outdoor festival gathering under a large canopy decorated with orange and green fabric swags, triangular orange pennants and colourful striped pillars. On a raised red-and-white stepped stage, several robed figures in saffron and orange clothing sit and stand, with a woman in orange at centre. Below, a large crowd of people in white garments sits seated on a red mat, facing the stage, with palm trees and a thatched structure visible beyond. The scene resembles a procession or ritual assembly during a temple celebration.2008-12-28 +1 copiesNovember 17 20092009-11-17 +1 copiesSeptember 11 20152015-09-11 +1 copies
