Dozens of seated devotees in white and red shawls sit on the stones and blue mats, many in white kurtas and salwar. Several people are scattered along the shore: a man in a bright green jacket stands at left, a woman with long curly hair in a purple top and orange shawl sits on the stones in the centre, another seated woman in a yellow-green sari sits at right, and a person in an orange life-jacket-style vest crouches at far right. Smaller figures stand near the water. No statue or screen is visible, and no one is clearly identifiable as a person from the visible cues.2014-03-10FEB-2007-01Outdoor gathering on a pebble riverbank beside a wide river, with bare trees and hazy hills behind. A crowd of roughly several dozen people sits on the stones in white, red and yellow clothing, some with bags and a red chair in front. On the right, a standing figure in saffron-orange robes stands beneath a white parasol, facing the seated group; a second orange-robed person stands at left beside a camera on a tripod. Some seated participants wear red shawls and sit on cushions or mats, listening in a satsang-style gathering.2014-03-10Close photo of a person's cupped hands holding a small handful of smooth pebbles and stones, white, cream and tan with grey patches, on sandy ground. The wearer has a lime-green fleece sleeve, a black scrunchie on the wrist and an orange cloth edge at the right. A bare foot with silver rings on the toes rests at the left on sand. Blue jeans are visible at the lower right. The scene suggests a pilgrim collecting stones during a Kailash yatra outing.2011-08-05
