October 25 20122012-10-25A pair of teal-coloured wooden padukas, sandal-style footwear with light brown cross straps and wooden pegs, sits on a dark maroon cloth. The padukas are encircled by a square border of pink and red roses, with a dim, dark setting around them. No people are visible. This appears to be a padukas display for padapuja, shown as a ritual offering arranged with flowers.2012-10-27October 27 20122012-10-27October 18 20172017-10-18March 23 20112011-03-23Close-up photo of an ornate gold ritual tray filled with red, pink and white flowers, including red carnations, pink blossoms, white jasmine-like petals and a single white frangipani with a yellow centre. Two hands, partly visible at the top edge, reach into the flowers. Among the blooms sit a small gold cup-shaped vessel with a finial, a gold base or stand with repoussé floral and foliate carving, and a small silver box with embossed floral design at the right. The gold metalwork and flower petals create a warm, dense arrangement typical of a puja offering.2013-06-25June 25 20132013-06-25June 25 20132013-06-25September 03 20142014-09-03October 24 20132013-10-24 +1 copiesClose view of an altar table draped in a leopard-print cloth, with a dark maroon velvet cushion in the centre holding a wooden bowl filled with red, pink and yellow flowers. Two black tiles with silver Om symbols flank the cushion. No people are visible.2008-05-12A photograph of a floral arrangement on a white cloth. Two ornate carved wooden sandals with metal knobs rest at the top of a large flower rangoli-style design. The arrangement is built from concentric rings of red and orange roses, magenta and purple globe flowers, yellow marigolds, and green leaves laid out as a circular base. Scattered rose petals lie around the sandals.2004-06-03 +1 copies
