A man in a saffron-orange ceremonial garment and a gold bead necklace holds a tall silver multi-tiered oil lamp aarti stand with many lit flames, gazing upward in a dim hall. He has a red tilak on his forehead, wears glasses and a silver bracelet, and has white painted markings on his upper arms. The lamp stand has a curved silver handle and ornate silver base; a metal railing and blurred furnishings are behind him. The lamp is an oil lamp stand used in aarti, not a fire pit.2011-11-30November 28 20112011-11-28September 09 20122012-09-09A photograph of a man in an orange-saffron robe performing an aarti with a tiered gold lamp holding multiple lit oil flames, held on a long handle.
