Outdoor scene under a large banyan tree with dense hanging aerial roots and dappled sunlight. A crowd of around 40 people in mostly white clothing moves and gathers around a raised circular platform draped in red cloth with a black-and-white dotted border. Several white pillars stand in the foreground. A few figures in orange and saffron robes stand near the platform, and a shaved-headed figure in orange at its center is partly visible. Some women wear yellow and green saris. Small offerings with flowers sit on a stone block at the lower left. A white-clad man in the center holds a long white cloth.

Outdoor photograph of a large crowd gathered beneath a broad, spreading banyan tree with aerial roots hanging from its branches. Most attendees wear white kurtas, white shirts and white sarees, with some in yellow and teal; a few wear garlands. A man in the foreground at right, in a white shirt with a garland, stands with his back to the camera facing the group. Woven mats lie on the ground at lower left. The scene suggests a gathering around a sacred tree, though no specific ritual is visibly confirmed.

Outdoor photograph of a Shiva homa under large shady trees. A fire pit of ash mound sits in the centre with smoke rising, and a white-clad priest stands at the far side near a tall kalasha-like structure draped in white cloth and a striped canopy. Dozens of devotees sit on the ground and on a low rock platform, many dressed in white, with several women in saffron-orange shawls and a person in a checked shirt at right. Ritual fire smoke drifts through dappled sunlight.

No identifiable a person figure is clearly visible in this scene.

One figure in a saffron-orange robe and orange head wrap stands in the centre-left, with others in orange garments nearby. Two tall metal poles rise near the tree trunk, and white-washed circular platforms border the open ground. Several men in the foreground face the scene with their backs to the camera, and a camera or screen edge is visible at the lower right.

In the foreground a woman with short dark hair walks barefoot on sandy ground, wearing a white outfit with a yellow shawl draped over her shoulders. Behind her, a man in white dhoti sits on a dark tiled platform with a seated devotee in an orange robe; nearby, an orange-draped deity murti and red-orange offerings are arranged under the tree. Several other people in white clothes and one in a blue shirt stand or sit around the area.

Several women in white saris and men in white kurtas and dhotis mill about, while a few people wear orange shawls or sashes. Several small children sit at the left edge.

Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree at an ashram grounds, with dappled sunlight and fallen leaves on sandy ground. On the left, a red-painted mound with a stone or metal figure and garlands stands beside a small shrine-like structure. A group of about nine people walks along a path: a man in white kurta, a woman in a red and maroon sari, a woman in an orange and red sari, men in white dhotis with orange shawls, and a central bald man in white robes with a white shawl. On the right, a figure in an orange robe stands with back partly turned near the tree trunk, and a dark water basin lies by the trunk.

Outdoor scene beneath a massive banyan tree with many thick hanging aerial roots and spreading limbs. Several people in orange (saffron) robes stand in a row along the trunk, some holding long poles with orange flags, while others in white dhotis and white clothing stand or kneel on the sandy ground. A person in white kneels at the lower left near a low white-and-black bordered platform covered in red powder or offerings. Another figure in white stands centre-left by a shallow water or ritual basin. The setting suggests a guru puja performed under the tree, though no a person figure is clearly distinguishable from appearance alone.
