Red velvet curtains frame the open pavilion, and a tall brass oil lamp stands at the right. In front, a seated figure with long dark hair wears an orange robe and sits on a white plastic chair, while a second man in an orange robe kneels on the platform, holding a ritual implement over offerings in brass vessels, apparently performing puja. The setting is outdoors among trees.2007-02-23February 16 20072007-02-16A man with long dark hair and an orange robe sits on an orange upholstered armchair with his bare feet resting on an orange-draped footstool, a rudraksha mala around his neck and a red bindi on his forehead. Behind him, a gilded arched shrine holds two gold-crowned deity murtis with garlands of yellow and red flowers, one holding a trident and the other standing beside a golden kalasha-shaped sculpture. Brass oil lamps, fruit offerings and a small brass tray stand on the stone ledge, with a small white-robed sage figurine on the altar. The floor is covered with orange cloth.2010-07-02 +1 copiesTemple shrine photo showing two priests performing a puja before a richly decorated deity murti pair seated on a golden throne. He stands at the left with his palms pressed together in greeting. Behind him are two golden metal deity murtis with crowns, tridents and ornaments, draped in bright garlands of marigold and red flowers, with a golden kalasha-like shivalinga in front of them. The setting is an ornate stone temple with carved pillars, and a red-and-orange cloth hangs at the right edge. Two people appear in the scene: the greeting man and the costumed figure behind him is part of the deity imagery, so one physical person is shown.2012-01-01February 23 20072007-02-23A seated man in saffron-orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair and a tilak on his forehead sits on a white plastic chair facing a white stone shrine. Behind him stands a pair of gilded deity murtis, one with a trident and a crown, the other in a red and green sari with a jewelled crown, dressed with gold necklaces and garlands. In front of the murtis are a large brass kalasha, a small brass lamp and a brass ornamental stand. Red velvet curtains frame the pavilion, with carved stone pillars and trees behind.2007-02-23
