Outdoor photograph of a crowd gathered in a village courtyard during a procession. On the left, a gilded wooden palanquin or ratha-style structure is decorated with a hanging brass bell and garlands of yellow and red flowers, with a saffron flag on a pole. Beside it, a large printed portrait shows a smiling man in an orange turban. Around the crowd, men in white shirts and dhotis wear saffron-orange shawls, and one man stands with bare upper body and a white cloth. Women in colourful saris and a young girl in pink stand among them. Behind, a thatched hut, brick wall, laundry hanging on a line and green trees complete the scene.

Outdoor photo of a crowded street scene in a village courtyard beside a thatched hut and a tiled-roof house, under a leafy tree with laundry hanging to dry. A man in a white shirt and saffron/orange shawl stands near the centre, with a dark shoulder bag; no appearance cues establish whether he is a specific individual, so he is described only by role. Around him, men in white shirts and trousers and women in saris and salwars press in, some with hands raised or reaching toward one another, and children in school-style white shirts stand in front. An elderly man in white and a woman in a pale blue top are at the lower left. Brick wall and a small shrine-like altar edge are at the left. The photo is stamped with the archive date 16.10.2006.

Outdoor village procession in a dusty yard beside a thatched hut and a blue-washed house, with laundry hung on a line. Many men in white shirts and white dhotis press around a wooden ratha or palanquin frame at left, and one man in an orange cloth holds a pole. A bare-chested elderly man in a white dhoti pushes the frame. Women in saris and salwar, one in a green sari, watch from the crowd. A younger man in white with a raised arm claps or gestures, and a man at right wears a white forehead band. Trees shade the scene and a brick wall stands in the foreground.

A photograph at a plain outdoor relief-site building with pale green walls. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes with rudraksha malas sits on a blue draped bench, holding a small object and smiling, while a man in a white shirt with folded hands bows toward him. Behind them a bald monk in orange sits on the ground by scattered flower petals, a woman in a red-and-brown sari stands at left, and men in white shirts and white dhotis mill about. A saffron banner on the wall shows a turbaned figure with Tamil and Nithyananda script. Probable Swamiji: the seated man has long swept-back hair, saffron robes and multiple rudraksha malas, consistent with the page's description; identity is inferred from appearance only.

Outdoor photograph of a crowd of villagers lining a roadside under a tiled roof eave during a procession. In the foreground left, a large framed poster on a gilded ornate palanquin-style frame shows a smiling man with orange turban, hands joined in namaste, wearing a green and pink floral garland. Behind, people in saris, blue salwar, lungis and shirts stand together; a girl in a green school uniform is prominent. Several white flags and an orange saffron flag on a pole appear among green trees. Legible Tamil text appears on the poster. The poster portrait is a depiction; the real people are in the crowd.

Outdoor photo of a golden ornately carved ratha, a decorated procession vehicle, parked beside a small temple with a white domed shrine and palm trees. A large portrait on the ratha's arched top shows a bearded man with a white turban and orange-toned robes, but this is a printed image, not a physical person. A crowd of devotees gathers around, including women in saris of yellow, green and pink, and men in white shirts and white dhotis. Sandy ground, a banana-leaf garland at the temple entrance, and red-and-orange flags on the ratha. The portrait is labelled Swamiji on the ratha banner; the depicted man's appearance shows a white turban and orange clothing, but identity is left unsure. Ratha procession at a temple.

Outdoor street gathering under a striped canopy with purple, orange, green and red panels and a red-and-orange patterned fabric valance. Beneath it hangs a banner with an orange and purple design and a portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" in Tamil-script caption. A man with long dark hair, wearing a white and red garment and a white flower garland, stands at centre smiling among a dense crowd of men who reach up with raised hands and clapped palms; a few hold cameras and a small green bundle. Several men in white shirts and dhotis crowd around. Blue signage and trees appear behind the scene.

Outdoor photograph of a procession-style arrival on a red carpet under a large red banner with a smiling portrait of a man in saffron/orange headwear and robes, with Tamil text reading Nithyananda Dhyana Peetam. A bald priest bare-chested with rudraksha beads and a yellow-gold cloth stands in the foreground facing the scene. A robed figure in orange-saffron with a saffron turban walks at the centre among men in white shirts and dhotis, red shirts and a teal shirt, many with hands raised or gesturing. Banana leaves, flower petals on the carpet, a thatched roof and white walls frame the setting. A man in white with a sash and rudraksha beads is also visible near the centre. Several people in the crowd are partially visible at the edges.
