A large grey clay or plaster figure lies on its side on rough ground of dark earth and stones. The sculpted form shows a partly finished deity murti with a face and arms, its surface cracked and dusted with grey. Beside it lie a hammer with a wooden handle, a chisel and metal tools among scattered rubble. No people are visible.

A man in a white short-sleeved shirt and white dhoti leans over a reclining wooden figure lying on a dark workbench, carving or finishing its face with a small tool. The figure is a dark-brown wooden sculpture of a reclining human form with bare legs and feet. Two carving knives with yellow handles lie on the table, a small white paper cup sits nearby, and a black chair stands against a pale concrete wall with a striped cloth hanging above. Wood shavings are scattered on the floor.

A large grey statue lies on its side on rubble and dark soil, partly covered in dust and clay. The carved figure is a deity murti with multiple raised arms holding objects, and a hand grips a staff-like implement near the top. Hammers and chisels lie on the ground around it. No people are visible in the frame.

A blackened, partly charred metal deity murti lies on its side on reddish-brown earth and rubble. The figure has a cylindrical crown-like head piece, multiple arms, and ornamental jewellery, with the surface soot-blackened and corroded, possibly from fire damage. No people are visible in the frame.

A photograph of metal casting work outdoors on a dusty ground with scattered ash and charcoal. Two bare hands of a worker in a white shirt press and shape a dark wax or clay mould of a seated animal figure, reddish-brown at the head and dark brown on the body, resting on a wooden board. Burnt bricks, a dark crucible or pot and a sack lie nearby. Only the worker's hands and forearms and the edge of his white shirt are visible.

A photograph of a craftsman's hands working on a cast of a small figure in a dark brown, glossy material on a rough concrete block. The figure appears to be a sculpted deity murti being shaped or finished from a mold or wax-like cast, with a dark grey backing sheet beneath it. The man wears a blue and white checked lungi-style cloth and holds a thin tool near the piece. Sandy ground and a white cloth lie in the background.

Two men in plain white shirts and white dhotis sit at a wooden table in an open-sided brick shed, working on a large wooden figure lying across the table. The older man in front, with a red thread on his wrist and an ID badge, holds the carving with both hands while the younger man behind him works with a chisel-like tool. Smoke rises from the table, and wood shavings, a black bowl of ash, a blue bucket and an open book sit nearby.

Close photo of two hands working on a brown wax or clay mould of a small figure lying in a dark rubber-like mould set in a pale concrete block, sitting on dusty ground. One hand, wearing a ring, holds a fine tool to shape the figure; the other, in a blue checked sleeve, presses a piece of brown material. No deity or person is clearly identifiable, and the figure is a shaped sculpture in progress.

A close photograph of a craftsman's hands working on a dark brown wax or clay mould of a figure lying on a grey stone slab. A plaid shirt sleeve is visible at the right edge. The mould shows a sculpted human form with arms and legs, set against a dark grey backing sheet on a rough concrete block over sandy ground. Strips of white cloth lie at the lower right.

A display table draped in teal cloth holds an assortment of old metal objects: small dark bronze figurines of seated and standing figures, a brass cup and a brass bell, a brass lamp stand, a dark carved stone figure of a seated deity, and several copper wires coiled at the left edge. Behind them stands a brass sculpture of a deity on a pedestal. No people are visible.
