A smiling man with long dark hair, a red bindi and a headset microphone stands on a stage in a tiger-striped garment with a wide red beaded waist band and layered red and dark beaded necklaces, holding a silver trident in his right hand. Behind him is a painted backdrop of a multi-tiered temple and ornate gold scrollwork on a gilded throne-like arch. At the far left edge, a partial figure in an orange turban and orange clothing is visible. Stage lighting gives the scene a purple-blue tint.2013-12-15A man with long dark swept-back hair, a red bindi and a tiger-striped garment stands on a stage in front of a painted purple and gold backdrop with a golden throne at his side. He holds a silver trident in his raised right hand and wears layered rudraksha malas and red beaded bracelets. Swamiji (probable) is shown with long hair, a trident and rudraksha malas on stage. He has long dark hair, a red bindi and a striped tiger-skin style wrap with a red dhoti-like cloth. He wears layered beaded necklaces, rudraksha-style beads and bangles, and holds a silver trident (trishula) in his right hand. Behind him are yellow and orange marigold garlands and a red-and-gold backdrop, with partial sculpted figures at the edges. The setting suggests a staged devotional tableau. No identity is established from appearance, so the central figure is described by role as a costumed performer.2013-07-08March 02 20132013-03-02A performer stands before a large ornate gold arch on a stage, dressed as a Shiva-type deity figure. Long black hair falls past the shoulders, a white tripundra with a red bindi marks the forehead, and a leopard-print garment is worn with a saffron-orange cloth draped at the waist. Multiple rudraksha-style bead necklaces hang on the chest, and a silver trident with a red gem is held in one hand. The figure smiles with eyes lowered.2013-04-23 +2 copiesA standing figure on a stage in front of an ornate golden arch with embossed floral and scroll patterns and green and red lighting. The figure has long dark hair swept back, a red bindi and red face markings, and wears a leopard-print sleeveless top, an orange-brown dhoti with gold borders, an orange-brown shawl, and a long layered necklace of red and gold beads. Gold armlets are visible on the upper arms. The right hand rests on a red and silver trident held upright, and the left hand is on the hip. Small offerings, including a lemon-like fruit and flower garlands, sit on a tiered platform at the base. Swamiji (probable): the long hair, ornate beads, saffron-orange clothing and trident are consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, presented as a stage performer in costume.2013-03-02A man stands on a stage before a backdrop of blurred, lit panels with warm orange and white glows. He wears a leopard-print garment over a saffron-orange wrap, a rudraksha bracelet on his arm, and a beaded necklace. He has long dark hair with a decorative headpiece and a white tripundra mark on his forehead, and he holds aloft a tall golden trident with a leopard-print cloth wrapped around its shaft. The page identifies the event as a Mahasadashivoham session at Adi Kailasa; the man appears to be Swamiji (probable), based on long hair, a decorative headpiece, saffron clothing, rudraksha adornments and the trident. He is the sole physical person visible.2017-12-18A figure stands on a raised dais in front of an ornate golden arch framed by a large ring lit in red and green. The figure wears a green and red leopard-print garment wrapped at the waist over a long green skirt, with a bare upper body and a long green and gold bead mala around the neck. He holds a silver trident in one hand and rests the other hand on his hip. Green and red stage lighting colours the scene, and a decorative green cloth covers the front of the platform. The image is a photograph of a staged performance with a single person visible.2013-03-04December 15 20132013-12-15December 18 20172017-12-18
