A photograph of an empty outdoor structure under an overcast grey sky. Tall thin metal masts with many thin cables fan out to hold a large white canopy or tent frame over a raised paved platform. Horizontal steel bars cross between the masts. Behind the frame stand a telecom lattice tower and several white multi-storey concrete buildings with windows. No people are visible. A copyright notice for the archive appears in the lower right corner.
