Several large black and steel cooking pots filled with cooked yellow rice mixed with carrot pieces and green herbs sit on a hexagonal tiled floor. Some pots have their round lids resting beside or on them. Behind them a sack and a small table with a steel tray stand near a rough stone wall, and the bare legs of a person in a checked lungi are visible at the top edge. This appears to be a food preparation area for mass distribution of prasadam.

Outdoor cooking area for cyclone relief food distribution on bare dirt ground. Large steel cooking pots sit on metal stands over open fire, with steam rising from one. Several large steel basins in the foreground hold cooked rice, one with yellow rice and others with white rice and herbs. Men in orange lungis and white head coverings tend the pots, one stirring with a long ladle, while others in shirts and checked lungis stand nearby. Dry firewood is piled behind, and scattered litter lies on the ground. A steel basin in the foreground bears red painted letters N S.

Three large stainless steel pots of food are set on a concrete floor in a plain room with a barred metal door behind them. The left pot holds a mixed savoury dish with green chilli pieces and chickpea-like legumes, the centre pot holds yellow rice with peas and vegetables, and the right pot holds white puffed grain with red spice. Steel ladles rest in each pot. A yellow electric device with bells sits on the left. A partly visible person in white clothing stands at the far right edge. Event context suggests Navaratri annadan, but the image itself shows only food service.

A plain kitchen with pale blue walls and a reddish-brown door. Several women in white saris with orange borders work around large stainless steel vessels and pots on the floor and counters. One woman in a turquoise shawl and orange blouse bends over a pot, another in an orange-bordered sari stoops over a large vessel, and others stand nearby by a refrigerator and shelves. Metal plates, steel buckets, a red basket and a red gas cylinder are visible. Two small framed pictures hang on the back wall, and a notice is pinned beside the door. The scene suggests food preparation for a community meal.

Close photo of a large dark metal cooking vessel filled with cooked white rice in a kitchen. A person's hand, with a light blue plaid cloth at the wrist, rests on the rim of the pot as if stirring or handling the rice. A white cloth hangs at the left edge. Only a hand and arm are visible; no face or full body appears. The scene suggests large-scale community food preparation.

Four large dark metal cooking vessels sit side by side on a bare dirt ground outdoors, presumably for an annadaan food service. Two lidded pots are stacked at left, a lidded pot stands in the centre, and an open pot at right holds some small food pieces. A blue tarpaulin and a metal pipe are visible in the background, with a motorcycle partly seen at the top left. No people are visible in the scene.
