Low-angle outdoor photo of a dhvaja (flag) raising at a temple. A man in orange-red robes with long dark swept-back hair and multiple rudraksha malas hauls a rope that lifts a saffron-red flag decorated with green leaves up a tall ornate copper-toned pillar wrapped with yellow marigold garlands. A grey sky and a distant temple spire are visible behind. The robed man's distinctive long hair and rudraksha malas match the Swamiji (probable) cues, and the page indicates his presence, so he is treated as a probable candidate and the appearance-based label is applied; he is pulling the rope as a priest or devotee. One person is visible.2006-09-29A photograph of a devotee in saffron orange robes and a dark rudraksha mala raising a red-orange flag on a rope beside a tall copper flagpole. The pole is wrapped in braided cord and garlanded with white flower strands, with a bundle of straw or grass tied near its base. A palm tree and pale sky are behind. At the lower right edge, another person in orange clothing is partly visible. The man, pointing upward while gripping the rope with his other hand, appears to be performing a flag hoisting. Two people are visible.2010-07-01December 22 20112011-12-22September 29 20062006-09-29December 22 20112011-12-22December 23 20082008-12-23Photo taken from below of a tall copper-clad flagstaff rising against a pale grey sky, with a carved wooden ornamental crest at its top and a bundle of white and yellow flower garlands wrapped around its base pedestal.
