A tray of fruit, a brass lamp, flower petals and a platform with flowers sit nearby.2010-06-13February 07 20122012-02-07A photograph of a padapuja-style honouring in an indoor hall. A seated man in an orange robe and a long white-and-red flower garland, with a gold chain and beads, smiles and gestures with his right hand from a white upholstered throne-like seat with a grey cushion. Kneeling at his feet on the floor, an older man in a white shirt and mundu with a rudraksha mala washes or touches the feet over a brass plate. Behind, a standing man in white kurta with an orange shawl and a red-and-white beaded mala stands with hands clasped. A standing fan and a maroon curtain are behind them.2010-07-24June 27 20102010-06-27August 13 20082008-08-13A man in a white kurta and white trousers bows forward with his bald head lowered while a seated figure in an orange saffron robe places a dark rudraksha mala over his head. The seated figure wears a long rudraksha mala around the neck, a small red bindi, and sits on a pale green cushioned throne with a red cushion behind. Behind them hangs deep red velvet drapery. A woman in white with an orange shawl stands at left, another person in white stands at right, and a man in orange and white at upper left watches. Scattered white flower petals lie on the dais steps. The seated figure is a person (long swept-back hair, saffron robe and rudraksha malas), conferring a mala blessing on a devotee.2010-07-28A seated figure on an ornate gilded throne with a carved crest and lion-like finials is draped in orange robes and a red and white flower garland with a yellow marigold tassel. A man in a white dhoti and shirt kneels on a white sheet, bowing forward to touch the seated figure's feet in reverence. Two monks in orange and white stand behind, and a person in white stands at the left edge. A red and gold backdrop and a hanging golden canopy frame the scene.2007-02-24A seated figure in an orange saffron robe with a dark hair bun and a rudraksha mala holds a bundle of green leaves over a devotee who bows forehead-down on a mat before him. The seated figure sits on a white-draped orange-covered seat with a cushion. The devotee wears a white dhoti and an orange shawl. Behind them, four young boys in light shirts sit on the floor watching, and a woman in white stands at the right edge near a brass bowl and a clay pot. The plain white wall and a red patterned rug complete the room. The scene suggests a devotional greeting or blessing with leaves. Swamiji (probable) is seated, with a distinctive long hair bun, orange robes and a rudraksha mala.2008-10-09A photograph of a seated figure on an orange velvet throne with an orange velvet cushion and a red backrest, set against a dark red curtain. The seated person wears an orange sleeveless top and orange dhoti-style garments, with a rudraksha mala around the neck, and smiles while receiving honour. Before the throne a man in white shirt and white dhoti lies prostrate on the floor in full pranam. Standing to the left are several men in white clothes with red or yellow shawls, and a man in an orange robe with a red border stands near the throne. Flower offerings and garlands lie on white pedestals beside the throne. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long hair, an orange garment and a rudraksha mala, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji at this event.2010-07-10April 04 20082008-04-04
