A long-haired figure in an orange-and-saffron shawl, with a red-orange rudraksha necklace and gold earrings, places a hand on the head of a young boy kneeling with his hands raised. The boy wears a red-and-white beaded necklace and a small pendant. Behind them, several men in white dhotis with gold borders stand with folded hands and bare upper bodies, one wearing a dark rudraksha mala. A yellow flower garland lies near the boy. A brass vessel sits at the lower left. The figure is an appearance-based probable candidate for a person performing the blessing, but the cues are partial, so the identity is uncertain.2016-01-02April 15 20182018-04-15January 02 20162016-01-02A young boy in orange sannyasi-style cloth with a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant kneels with eyes closed and palms joined, a red tilak on his forehead, while a bare-chested adult with long matted hair and a pink-and-white flower garland with blue beads places his hand on the boy's head in blessing. Behind them stands another child in orange with a gold chain and rudraksha, and several orange-robed devotees, with a gold brass animal-head ornament and a gold ritual object in the foreground. The scene suggests a blessing or initiation moment in an ashram setting.2017-05-30May 07 20172017-05-07May 09 20172017-05-09May 09 20172017-05-09November 24 20152015-11-24
