A photograph taken from behind inside a gold-and-colourful ceremonial hall. In the foreground a person with long, dark dreadlocked hair decorated with green leaves and flowers, wearing a rust-red and gold-bordered garment and a rudraksha mala, walks past gilded lion figures and a large gold-framed decorative backdrop. To the left, a seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a white-clad attendant stand near floral garlands, with a few other devotees visible at the edge of the frame.2016-01-03January 21 20162016-01-21October 05 20172017-10-05A man with long dreadlocked black hair, seen from behind and in profile, stands before a gold-framed shrine with a red-draped golden throne in front of him. He is bare-chested with a rust-brown shawl wrapped over his shoulders and a white and multicoloured flower garland with purple and red blooms draped across his shoulder. Behind him a deity murti in a golden alcove is decorated with garlands in pink, yellow and green, and brass lamp stands line the right side. Coloured fairy lights glow in the shrine. Looking toward the right, he appears to be addressing or greeting the assembly, and a black microphone stand is visible at the lower left. Appearance-based cues: long dreadlocks, rudraksha-style styling absent, garland and shawl; a person candidate present on stage.2017-08-07December 19 20162016-12-19A long-haired man with long dreadlocks seen from behind stands in an orange-brown cloth before an ornately decorated deity murti at a temple, with a shaved-headed figure elsewhere? No. Center: a standing bare-shouldered man in saffron-orange dhoti and a rudraksha mala faces a deity murti framed by a gold arch and dense garlands of red, yellow, green and white flowers. Brass lamps and a silver bowl stand on the floor in front of the murti. To the left, a white-clad statue wearing a yellow-and-white garland stands on a black pedestal, and a red-and-white striped mat covers the floor. The scene suggests a puja or darshan.2018-05-30December 19 20152015-12-19November 03 20162016-11-03February 26 20162016-02-26August 25 20172017-08-25 +1 copiesApril 13 20182018-04-13A seated man with long dark dreadlocks, wearing a rust-red draped garment, rudraksha-style beaded bracelets on his upper arm and wrist, and a green leaf ornament in his hair, sits with his back partly toward the camera on an ornate silver-framed red velvet throne. His hand rests on a red cloth on the armrest. Behind him, several seated people in orange and white robes and some with white forehead markings are gathered in an indoor hall with white walls and a wooden door. The camera position is from behind and to the side, and the man on the throne appears to be a presiding teacher in a ritual or satsang setting, with the candidate's identity uncertain from appearance alone.2017-10-06
