A woman in a brown and orange sari with a long green and red flower garland is handing a pineapple on a woven tray to a man in orange and red robes with an orange head wrap and red tilak. Around them, saffron-clad attendants with white forehead marks and rudraksha malas stand by brass lamps and a lion-shaped golden ornament. A bare-chested figure with long swept-back hair, an orange turban and a white-and-pink flower garland sits on a red cloth, holding out a hand to a devotee and taking offerings from a woman in a red sari and gold jewellery. Nearby stands a young man in orange robes wearing a long gold chain and a rudraksha-style necklace, guiding a devotee bending forward, while a man in a dark shirt reaches in with a fruit. A smiling woman in a maroon-red turban with a gold emblem and a maroon sari wears a long rudraksha-style gold and beaded garland and holds a silver tray of yellow and red fruit. Beside her, a bearded elderly man with a bare chest and rudraksha malas holds another offering tray. In the centre, a man in orange-saffron robes with a white tilak holds a tray of dry offerings. At right, a man in orange robes and an orange turban stands beside a younger man in a white dhoti. Behind them, devotees in white and orange stand under coloured drapes. Possible a person cues: long dark hair, orange robes and a rudraksha mala on the central robed man; identity uncertain from appearance alone.2015-01-13A smiling man with long swept-back dark hair and white ash markings on his forehead stands in a temple-like room, wearing a fresh green-and-yellow garland with red flowers and an orange-gold shawl over brown clothing.
