Framed on the throne back is a portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" showing a seated figure in saffron robes and a garland, one hand raised in blessing, before a banyan root backdrop. Three people sit before the throne on the floor: a shaved-headed young man in saffron robes and two women in red-orange saris with gold borders, one holding a small brass vessel. A brass oil lamp with a lit flame stands at the left edge and a red carpet lies in the foreground.2013-03-29Photograph of a shrine set against a dark slate wall.
