A barefoot man in a plum-coloured dhoti and matching shawl stands with palms pressed together in namaskar beside a large banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots. A red-and-white tilak marks his forehead and a beaded necklace hangs at his chest. On the right, a black stone deity murti or shrine is draped in orange cloth and marigold garlands, with red kumkum powder on its base. A low stone platform and green foliage surround the outdoor shrine area.

A man stands barefoot on an earthen path beside a large banyan tree with dense hanging aerial roots, pressing his palms together in front of his chest in an anjali pose. He wears a maroon-brown unstitched cloth wrap and a dark rudraksha-style bead necklace, with long dark hair. To the right, a dark stone shivalinga-like murti sits on a platform smeared with red kumkum, draped in an orange-saffron cloth with a white and yellow marigold garland, and a small brass oil lamp sits at its base. A low stone wall and a faint orange brick structure appear in the background.

Outdoor photograph beneath a large banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots and warm late-day light. A single man in an orange-saffron robe stands barefoot on a sandy path with palms pressed together in namaskar, wearing a rudraksha mala and a cord necklace. To the right, a black stone murti of a seated sage is draped in an orange cloth with a crown-like orange head covering and a garland of yellow and purple flowers, set on a red-smeared circular pedestal with a small stone bench nearby.

Outdoors beneath a large banyan tree with hanging aerial roots and thin strands, a barefoot man in orange-saffron robes stands at left with palms pressed together in anjali mudra, a rudraksha mala around his neck. To the right, a black stone deity murti seated on a dark pedestal is draped in orange cloth and garlanded with yellow and magenta flower strands; it holds raised hands and has carved small figures at its base. A small grey stone bench and a red-painted platform with kumkum-stained base sit in the foreground, with a paved path and a low wall behind. The scene reads as a devotional visit at a tree shrine.

A man in orange saffron robes stands at left under a large banyan tree, palms pressed together in anjali mudra before a black stone murti of a seated deity draped in a red-orange cloth and garlanded with marigold and white flower necklaces. Red-smeared stones and a small brass lamp sit at the base, and a stone bench is nearby. Hanging strands and a white pillar stand among the roots, with a figure in pale blue sitting in the far background. The setting suggests a shrine court for worship.

A photograph in an outdoor shrine beneath a large spreading banyan tree with aerial roots. A person in plain saffron-orange robes, sleeveless with a draped orange shawl, stands on woven mats with palms pressed together in anjali. To the right, a black stone deity murti is draped in orange cloth and wears garlands of marigolds and yellow flowers, set on a dark pedestal. Before it, a red-orange painted base holds brass oil lamps, a brass plate with flowers, and a small brass vessel. The ground is bare earth with stone steps and white pillars around. The person's face is not described; their role is devotee performing puja.

A man in saffron-orange clothing stands barefoot on a small mat in an outdoor grove of banyan trees with hanging aerial roots. He wears an orange turban, an orange upper wrap and an orange dhoti with a gold-edged border, and holds his hands together in anjali mudra before a large black stone deity murti. The murti is draped in blue cloth and a blue garment, with a red-orange sash and red ornaments, and is set on a black pedestal with carved reliefs. Red-painted stones and a small stone bench sit in front of it, with a green curtain behind on the right and a low stone wall in the background.
