The central man has long wavy dark hair, a white sandalwood mark and a red bindi on his forehead, and wears a draped orange shawl; he is looking down at an open newspaper held by the man on the right. That man has a greying beard, rimless glasses, a wristwatch, and holds a folded cream-coloured shawl under his arm while wearing an orange kurta. A third orange-robed man stands at the far left edge, and a partly visible figure in white stands in the background beside a white metal gate. The central figure's long hair, saffron drape and forehead markings are the visible cues for a person presence, shown with the newspaper, and the scene has no visible ritual setting.
