The black lingam bears horizontal white-and-orange tripundra markings and a red crown-like headdress with a jewelled ornament. It is draped in a red and green embroidered vastram, layered with white and red floral garlands and rudraksha beads. A brass sri yantra or puja vessel sits on a brass base in front, with yellow flower petals scattered around. Brass oil lamps and a brass kalasha-like vessel stand at the left, and a small silver-and-gold utsava murti with a garland sits at the right on a tray. Red and gold silk cloth forms the backdrop. No people are visible.2022-02-18 +1 copiesA decorated Shiva lingam is the main subject, dressed with a maroon and gold cloth wrap, a gold band around its base, a rudraksha-bead garland and marigold and red flower garlands, with gold necklaces and a jewelled face mask-like ornament. Behind it hangs a deep purple cloth with gold border. Brass lamps, a brass bell and a small copper shrine-like yantra or shrivatsa-shaped base sit in the foreground on an orange silk cloth, with a small figure of a deity on the right.
