In the foreground on the white stone steps beside water, a bare-chested man in orange cloth walks beside a man in a deep orange-red dhoti and shawl with a waist-belt and bare feet. Two seated men in orange cloth on the upper left steps and two women in white saris sit near the central steps. A tall man with long dark hair and a crown-like headdress wears a rust-red dhoti and a thick gold-and-beaded necklace, walking down the steps barefoot. Behind him, a young man in an orange robe and rudraksha mala walks with others in saffron and orange robes. Red flags and a loudspeaker are visible, and a striped mat lies on the steps.2017-07-24A photo of a stone-paved ritual area beside a water tank, lined with rows of black Shivalingams on round black bases. Two women in white saris sit at left, one bending over a brass vessel and pouring water over a lingam. A tall man in a rust-red wrap and white forehead markings walks barefoot down the central striped runner, flanked by an attendant in orange cloth. Another orange-clad man stands near the pool edge. Brass pots and bowls are set along the steps, and red-and-white tiered steps rise in the background. Appearance-based label: a person is the tall man in the rust-red wrap with long hair and forehead tilak, walking in procession along the abhishekam area.2017-07-24February 27 20142014-02-27Outdoor photograph of a temple tank complex with rows of black Shivalinga stone lingams lining red-painted steps, and small brass vessels set among them. Two people in the foreground: a man with long dark hair in a rust-red wrap and bare upper body walks along a striped pink and white cloth runner beside a younger man in saffron-orange robes. Two women in white and yellow saris sit on the steps near the lingams. The man in the rust-red wrap has long swept-back hair and distinctive ornaments, but his appearance alone is not enough to identify him, so he is described by role only.2017-07-24August 14 20172017-08-14A photograph of a tiered red sandstone stepped structure lined with rows of black stone shivalinga-shaped lingams on pedestals. Several people in orange and saffron clothing move across the steps and landings, some on the upper tiers and some near the lower railing. Red flags on poles stand along the railing in the foreground, and a metal chain-link fence runs across the scene. Behind, orange-clad figures and parked vehicles are visible in a courtyard setting.2016-09-19 +1 copiesJanuary 13 20152015-01-13
