A white kolam design is drawn on the tiles at lower right.

A photograph on a tiled temple veranda shows a macaque monkey sitting beside a blue pillar and a white-haired elderly person seated on the floor at left, wearing a white dhoti with yellow-orange borders, a red-beaded necklace and a gold bangle. The person's hands reach toward the monkey, which is holding a dark object, possibly food or cloth. A white kolam line design is drawn on the granite floor at lower right, and sandy ground and green shrubs are visible beyond the pillar.

A photograph of a sannyasi sitting cross-legged on a colourful striped mat, wearing orange robes, a long orange shawl and rudraksha malas on the arms and neck, with dreadlocked hair and a red tilak on the forehead. A monkey sits beside him holding pieces of food, while he looks at a mobile phone in his hand. Other orange-clad sannyasis with malas sit smiling in the background, and a bright white space surrounds the gathering.

A man in an orange-saffron cloth draped over his shoulder sits cross-legged on a brown patterned mat in front of a rough grey stone wall. He wears a long rudraksha mala and a gold pendant necklace, and his hands rest together near his feet. A plastic water bottle and a folded saffron cloth lie on the mat beside him, and a small tablet on a stand sits at the lower right. Appearance cues fit a person, but the face and build are not clearly distinctive enough to confirm the identity, so the a person field is unsure.

Two men sit close together on white plastic chairs against a white wall at an indoor setting. On the left, an older man with grey hair, a moustache and a small tilak on his forehead wears a white short-sleeved shirt and white dhoti, holding a folded paper or booklet in his hands. On the right, a younger man with long, wavy black hair and a saffron-orange robe wears a long rudraksha mala and points with his right index finger toward the paper. The older man leans forward attentively.

A photograph of a seated man in a white dhoti with gold border, bare-chested, writing on a sheet of paper with a green pen on a mat on a white marble floor. He wears a long rudraksha mala around his neck and a small orange pendant. Behind him, several seated young men wear orange and saffron cloth with gold borders and rudraksha malas, some looking down attentively. A small mobile phone lies on the floor at left. The scene appears to be a seated gathering or class.
