He wears black wrist bands and looks downward. Behind him, a tall wooden pole and rope, a striped and tasselled canopy, and a crowd of onlookers in white and yellow clothing under a clear blue sky with palm trees. The man's identity is not established from appearance alone, so no a person candidate is asserted.2010-12-22A procession on a paved path beneath palm trees. In the centre, a man in a rust-red dhoti and shawl wears a long multicolour flower garland and a red bindi, walking forward. Beside him, a bald man in rust-red and gold-bordered cloth carries a folded cloth and wears a rudraksha mala and a saffron sash. Behind them, saffron-robed devotees and a man in white ritual dress carry brass plates and lamps. A golden trident and a decorated canopy umbrella rise at the right, and a folding table with offerings stands at the left. Several people in orange and red clothing stand with hands pressed together. Roughly ten to twelve people are visible.2014-09-09Night procession on a dirt path. A central man with long dark swept-back hair, wearing an orange saffron dhoti and shawl with gold border and a gold bead mala necklace, walks forward with downcast eyes and a red bindi. Beside him, a bald man in orange robes and gold beaded necklace walks with glasses. Behind them, men in white dhotis with red borders carry a long wooden pole and a decorated embroidered parasol-style canopy and a trident-topped staff. Women in white and orange-red attire follow. Appearance-based candidate for Swamiji (probable) is the central figure with long hair and saffron clothing and gold mala; the photo flag supports this, so swamiji is in_person.2010-11-21December 05 20112011-12-05Night procession on a dirt path under dark trees. Four men walk in front, leading a group: at left, a bald man in white shirt and dhoti holds a red torch and a red-and-yellow fringed umbrella pole overhead; beside him a man wears an orange shawl with gold border and orange dhoti. In the centre, a long-haired man in a full orange-saffron dhoti with gold-bordered pleats and a long gold-and-bead necklace, Swamiji (probable), walks barefoot-style in orange sandals and holds the beads. Behind him a woman in orange sari with maroon border and a man in white kurta follow. At right, a bald man in orange robe with a gold necklace and thin glasses walks with his hands at his sides. A man in white kurta and dhoti walks at far right, and more people are visible at the back in the dark.2010-11-21July 22 20132013-07-22Night procession on a red carpet under a open-sided shed. A central figure in a deep reddish-brown robe and a long gold-chain necklace, wearing a red and multicolour flower garland, walks barefoot and smiles, holding a silver ceremonial staff with a silver canopy umbrella raised above. Around him, saffron-orange robed devotees with white head-bands, rudraksha malas and bare feet carry trident-topped staffs, a kalasha-style decorated pot, and bright lights. Other attendants hold silver ceremonial implements aloft, forming a festive ritual procession.2013-07-22
