Photograph of a seated group inside a plain concrete hall during a satsang gathering. Around thirty men in white ritual clothes sit on the floor and on low wooden benches, many wearing orange cloth or saffron shawls over white. A man in a yellow-beige shirt sits at left beside a wooden bench with flower garlands. At right, a man in a striped shirt sits on a chair beside a raised red dais holding a deity murti and brass items. Several men stand near the doorway at back.2013-05-13December 29 20062006-12-29September 17 20062006-09-17A photograph of a seated satsang audience in a hall with cream tiled floor. Rows of men wear white shirts and white dhotis, sitting cross-legged, many with their backs to the camera. Several shaved-headed men in saffron-orange robes sit among them. At upper right, a figure in orange robes sits on a zebra-striped raised seat holding papers, while a small ornate seat and a framed deity picture with orange cloth appear at upper left. Clean white walls and a table with books stand behind the audience.2012-07-03September 23 20062006-09-23November 19 20152015-11-19December 29 20062006-12-29A photograph of a large seated audience in white clothes at an indoor hall during an energy darshan session. Rows of men in white kurtas and dhotis sit cross-legged on mats, many with heads bowed or turned toward the front. A bright stage light and a video camera on a tripod stand at the back. Large framed portraits of a woman with long dark hair hang on the walls, and orange-and-white banners hang from the ceiling. At the far right edge, a single figure in white with an orange shawl sits apart near the wall. A few audience members wear rudraksha malas. The scene is a meditative gathering rather than a procession.2006-12-10November 19 20152015-11-19December 16 20092009-12-16July 13 20092009-07-13Indoor hall with a seated audience on striped woven mats, most men in white shirts and white dhotis, some in lighter or grey shirts, sitting cross-legged facing a stage. On the orange-cushioned dais at left, a figure in orange robes sits on a low orange seat near a microphone stand, with a framed portrait of a similarly robed figure beside it. A tall easel displays a presentation screen at centre, a golden kalasha-style pedestal and framed photo sit near the back, and colourful hanging cloth panels decorate the white tent ceiling. The scene resembles a satsang or discourse, with the speaker in orange in a clear visual candidate role.2009-01-03
