A photograph of a temple shrine setting. A man in a saffron-orange sleeveless garment with long swept-back hair and a flower garland of yellow and pink blooms stands at right, reaching toward a brass plate of white jasmine garlands and pink flowers held out by a young man in orange robes. Two more men in orange robes stand beside them, and a man in white with a rudraksha-style mala watches from the lower left. Behind them is a stone pillar, a brass oil lamp on a ledge, scattered flower petals, and a deity murti dressed in orange and blue with flower garlands. Red curtains hang at the back.2008-08-07August 17 20122012-08-17 +1 copiesA photograph of a temple courtyard where a young man in orange robes with a large garland of red roses and yellow marigolds stands at the right, receiving a brass plate of white flowers and a small lamp from another orange-clad man. Two other saffron-robed attendants stand beside him. A devotee in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala holds his hands in namaste at the lower left, and a person's head is visible at the bottom. Behind them are a stone step, a small oil lamp, scattered pink and white petals, and a black stone figure with a crowned deity image in the background. a person appearance is uncertain: he wears saffron clothing and a garland but no distinctive long hair or crown.2008-08-07January 06 20132013-01-06January 11 20172017-01-11Indoor scene in a plain whitewashed temple room. A bare-chested priest in a white dhoti with a red border garlands a woman in a long orange sari with a red and white flower garland, offering the garland to her. A man in a white shirt stands behind them, and a younger man on the right in a yellow and green shawl and white dhoti, with white forehead marks, watches. Two bare-chested devotees stand at the lower edges. The woman in orange does not clearly match a person candidate; no ornate saffron robe, long swept hair or rudraksha cues are shown, so no in-person a person is identified.2008-07-29August 17 20122012-08-17December 24 20082008-12-24 +1 copiesA procession of saffron-robed priests walks up temple steps in a courtyard lined with potted plants. In the centre, a long-haired man in an orange-saffron robe and a long white flower garland with red accents, plus a gold beaded necklace, smiles while walking. Behind him, a man in a white dhoti with an orange-gold border holds a tall staff with a white cloth, and a bald man in orange holds a ceremonial plate. At left, a man in orange carries a gold tray with ritual items, and a man in orange with a tilak carries a silver vessel. A saffron-robed man with a long-haired central figure matches a distinctive presentation cue, so the appearance-based label is a person, standing in the procession. Behind them, a black-and-red decorated deity murti, possibly a Shiva lingam, stands beside a banner on the wall.2011-12-11August 17 20122012-08-17 +2 copiesA photograph of a temple shrine area with a stone pillar and carved deity relief at left. A man in an orange sleeveless top and orange cloth, wearing a green leaf garland with red rose and yellow marigold strands, holds a brass tray of white jasmine garlands and flowers, facing right toward a lit oil lamp on the stone ledge. Two other men in orange robes stand nearby: one at left holds a tray of flowers and garlands, the other in the centre holds a white flower garland. Devotees with folded hands are visible at the lower left, and red curtains and a deity murti draped in orange and teal cloth appear at the upper right. Pink petals scatter across the stone surface.2008-08-07Photo of a procession inside an unfinished brick hall with bare concrete floor and a patterned mat. A bare-chested man in a blue and red dhoti carries a silver tray on the left, and a young man in a white dhoti with an orange shawl holds an orange umbrella beside him. At centre, a smiling man wears an orange cloth wrap, a long-haired swept-back style, a gold ceremonial necklace and a forehead mark; he has distinctive ceremonial gold adornment and orange clothing. To the right, an older man in a cream shawl and white dhoti with a red bead necklace carries a tray, and a young man in a blue checked shirt holds a tray of flowers.
