A girl in an orange saree and orange blouse, with a black blindfold over her eyes and a rudraksha mala with a gold pendant around her neck, stands on a stage reading from a brown folder. Beside her, a younger girl in an orange outfit with a gold necklace and a red bindi holds a microphone to her mouth and reads aloud. Behind them hang red drapes, a wooden stand with a brass bell, and a partly visible Indian flag. In the lower left, a gilt-framed portrait shows a smiling man in a red-orange turban and robe, labelled as a portrait of the teacher, not a physical person in the scene. The setting suggests a blindfold reading demonstration during a children's programme.2017-02-14November 28 20152015-11-28 +1 copiesIndoor temple-hall photo of a young woman in an orange saree with gold border and a rudraksha mala, blindfolded with a dark cloth, speaking into a microphone while reading from a white sheet of paper held by a woman in a red-brown saree with gold border, also wearing a rudraksha mala and a white forehead mark.
