A standing man in a maroon-red sleeveless garment with gold-bordered dhoti and a wrap, wearing a long orange-beaded mala with gold rudraksha-style beads, a red bindi on his forehead, and a small microphone at his face, speaking barefoot on a patterned carpet. Behind him is a large backdrop of a smiling face in a saffron-orange turban, and at right stands a gold ornate throne with a carved lion-head armrest. A clear lectern is at left. Appearance cues include long swept-back hair, a saffron-orange turban in the backdrop and ornate gold-bead mala, which fits the page's a person reference; the person is a person.2013-04-06March 28 20132013-03-28April 22 20162016-04-22A smiling man stands barefoot on a patterned rug in front of an ornate golden throne flanked by two gilded lion statues and a tiger-striped cloth. He wears a white jasmine garland with orange-marked beads, a multi-strand rudraksha-style mala, gold earrings and a vertical tilak on the forehead, with a gold-bordered maroon shawl draped over his shoulders. Dark red curtains form the backdrop. The scene reads as a formal greeting or prayer on stage.2015-06-03A smiling man stands on a raised stage in front of an ornate golden throne carved with floral and scroll motifs, flanked by gold lion figures with red velvet cushions. He wears a sleeveless rust-red garment with broad gold borders, a heavy gold bead necklace, gold earrings, a white forehead band with a red dot, and presses his palms together in anjali namaskar. A wooden panelled door and a deity murti with orange arms stand behind and to the side. Appearance cues are limited: the figure has short dark hair and no long hair, crown, saffron robe or rudraksha, so identity is uncertain.2014-08-28April 12 20132013-04-12 +1 copiesA man stands barefoot on a patterned rug before a dark maroon velvet curtain, wearing a headset microphone. He wears a rust-red garment draped over one shoulder with gold-edged borders, a layered orange beaded necklace and a large gold bead necklace, and has a white forehead marking with a red dot. Behind him, an ornate gold-leaf throne with a red velvet cushion and tiger-striped upholstered base stands at the side of the stage. The scene suggests a satsang stage setting. The man appears to be a probable Swamiji by appearance cues: long swept-back hair, saffron-orange garments, rudraksha-style beaded adornments and ceremonial gold necklaces.2013-04-07A smiling man stands with palms pressed together in anjali namaskar greeting, wearing a brown silk dhoti with gold borders and a matching brown upper cloth, with a rust-coloured rudraksha mala garland, bangles and armlets. He has a white vertical forehead mark and red bindi, and his hair is swept back into a bun. Behind him is an ornate gold throne back with red patterned upholstered chairs at the bottom edge, and a painted deity figure with a raised hand appears at the left edge. Swamiji (probable) appears in this photograph based on the swept-back hair, rudraksha mala and distinctive ceremonial clothing; he is greeting the audience as a speaker at a satsang.2013-10-20 +1 copiesFebruary 18 20132013-02-18
