A standing figure in the central frame wears an orange turban and ornate garland, appearing to be a person on the palanquin, with appearance-based cues (turban and garlanded ornaments) but the face is too dark and small to confirm identity. Gold ceremonial umbrellas and dark silhouettes of onlookers surround the scene. Strings of marigolds and tassels hang from the golden carriage structure.2013-01-01December 02 20142014-12-02A photograph of an ornate golden processional palanquin or ratha at night against a black background. A golden umbrella with fringe and a lotus-patterned canopy shades the structure, and garlands of red, yellow, white and purple flowers drape its arch. Green, orange and red tassels hang from the poles. At the centre sits a small deity murti dressed in an orange cloth and silver ornaments, surrounded by flowers. Orange cloth and scattered petals lie on the platform in front, with a brass plate and tray. No people are visible.2011-10-30October 30 20112011-10-30January 13 20152015-01-13December 02 20142014-12-02December 15 20112011-12-15December 06 20162016-12-06April 23 20132013-04-23 +2 copies
