July 21 20102010-07-21July 22 20102010-07-22A photograph of a seated figure in an orange saffron robe with long dark hair, sitting in a chair and placing one hand on the forehead of a kneeling man in a white collared shirt. The red-painted wall and tiled floor suggest an indoor hall. A person in white is partly visible at the top left. The orange-robed figure has long swept-back hair and a shawl-style wrap, cues consistent with the page's a person label, so the appearance-based candidate is a person, giving a blessing to a devotee.2007-01-02A seated long-haired man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl places his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in a white-and-grey striped shirt who presses his palms together in namaskar. The blessing takes place indoors on a blue mat beside a microphone and a black amplifier, with white curtains and a window behind. Two boys sit on the right in the background, and a small sign or card lies at the lower left edge. The saffron-clad man has long hair and distinctive orange robes, consistent with the Swamiji (probable) presentation, giving blessing to a devotee.2006-10-29A photograph of a long-haired man in a loose saffron-orange wrap, bare-shouldered, seated on the left and placing his right hand on the head of a kneeling devotee. The devotee wears a white short-sleeved shirt, a brown rudraksha-style mala, a wristwatch and a bangle, and presses his palms together in anjali. They sit on a blue mat with a red cloth beneath, inside a pavilion with concrete walls. A woman in white sits on a bench in the background. The saffron-clad figure's appearance is consistent with the page's reference to a ratha yatra event, with long hair and orange clothing, but the identification is uncertain. The scene resembles a blessing or darshan moment.2006-10-29A photograph of a seated man in long, swept-back dark hair and an orange saffron robe, smiling broadly as he places his right palm on the head of a young man in a white shirt who kneels with bowed head and closed eyes. Behind them, a red-and-white wooden platform, a white-robed attendant in an orange stole, a tripod-mounted camera and a wicker basket are visible. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure wears saffron robes, long swept-back hair and a red bindi, consistent with a blessing role. Two people are visible.2006-10-29A photograph of a seated figure in an orange-saffron robe with a long swept-back hair and a rudraksha-style orange-brown bead mala draped over the shoulders, placing his right hand on the forehead of a middle-aged man in a white t-shirt with an orange lanyard. The man sits with eyes closed and head tilted. The seated figure holds a folded white cloth in his other hand. A red cushioned chair and an orange towel are in the foreground; a shirtless devotee with white forehead marking and an orange lanyard sits behind, and fans and a window are in the background.2013-05-14A photograph of a long-haired man in an orange saffron garment, his bare chest and shoulder exposed, seated on a white cloth-covered seat and placing his right hand on the crown of a seated man's head. The seated man wears a white short-sleeved shirt and holds a small mobile phone in his hands, which rest on a blue cloth. A red-and-grey step and a metal stand with a microphone appear behind them in a plain concrete room.2006-10-29A photograph of a man in an orange sleeveless top with a rudraksha mala and a white vertical tilak on his forehead, a dark hair bun, holding a small white paper in one hand while placing his other palm on the forehead of a long-haired man in a white shirt and dark jacket. A window and beige wall form the indoor background.2011-12-10A photograph of a ceremonial blessing in an indoor hall. A long-haired figure in a saffron-orange robe with a matching orange rudraksha bead garland sits on a maroon cushioned seat and holds a sheet of white paper while placing an outstretched palm on the forehead of a short-haired man in a white shirt with an orange lanyard. The man bows forward with palms raised, and a second, blurred person's hand appears in the background. A window and wall fan are visible behind them.2013-05-14September 11 20112011-09-11A photograph of an indoor ceremony. On the left, a bare-chested figure with long, swept-back dark hair wears an orange-saffron wrap draped over one shoulder and reaches out to place a palm on the forehead of a seated man. The man on the right, with short dark hair and a grey moustache, wears a white collared shirt and bends forward with eyes lowered. Behind them stands a person in white clothes and a dark-toned background with an orange vertical panel.2006-10-29
