2005 - View-of-Ananda-Sabha-Construction

Wide outdoor photograph at dusk of a construction site at an ashram compound. Low walls of brick and concrete blocks form the foundations of a new building, with piles of sand and gravel and scattered stones on bare red earth. Behind it stands a large domed structure with a red roof and a concrete block building beyond. To the right, a white single-storey building with a corrugated metal roof and a covered porch sits beside green shrubs and a tree. Two or three figures stand near the path, and one person rides a motorcycle along the dirt road. Hills and palm trees line the distant horizon under a pale evening sky.

Two dark stone statues stand at the left edge near the palms, and a sparse fenced area with shrubs lies in the foreground. No people are visible.

Two motorbikes are parked near the building, and green shrubs fill the foreground.
