Inside a temple shrine, a pair of deity murti sit on a raised dais before a gilded arched frame. The left figure holds a trident and a drum-like instrument and wears a crown and rudraksha mala; the right figure wears a bright green and purple sari with jewelry. Both are draped with garlands of yellow, red and purple flowers. In front stands a Shivalinga-like form with a silver-toned yoni base and a lamp stand. Tall brass oil lamps flank the sanctum, with small brass pots, a kalasha and rose petals on the floor. Blue curtains hang at the sides.2009-06-20June 20 20092009-06-20October 30 20112011-10-30A photograph of a shrine inside a stone temple hall with carved pillars and a gold-framed arch.
