Indoor photo in a narrow hallway of a home, with balloons in red, yellow, blue and pink visible near a doorway. A smiling figure in long orange robes and bare feet stands centre, draped in layered garlands of white, pink and red flowers and holding a bouquet of yellow and white blossoms. Several people surround them: a man in a white kurta with folded hands, women in saris (a red one, a maroon one, a yellow one) and striped blouses, a man in a blue jacket, a man in a checked shirt, and a child held by an adult in yellow. One woman kneels on the floor. A central figure with long dark hair wears a sky-blue robe with a white shawl and gold border and holds a bouquet of pink and red flowers, smiling, as a bunch of colourful balloons and ribbons is held by a man in a cream kurta and white dhoti at left. Around them, devotees in saris and kurtas press their palms together. At lower right, a woman in a green patterned sari bends down, scattering petals with her hands. The central figure's appearance and welcome setting align with the page's a person reference, so this is an appearance-based probable identification.2006-04-30A photograph of a group of devotees standing in a corridor before closed grey double doors with a printed notice reading PLEASE stacked on the door. A woman on the left wears an orange and violet silk saree with gold border and holds white flowers and a pink flower bouquet. A man beside her wears a striped shawl over a striped kurta and holds a bouquet of yellow and white flowers. A woman in a red saree with gold border holds a small lit diya or cup. Other devotees wear saris in pink, purple, orange and green, and white kurtas. Scattered petals lie on the floor. On the wall behind, a large framed portrait shows a figure in a white turban, labelled as a portrait of the teacher. Several people in the crowd are visible, many with hands raised in celebration.2006-04-30A photograph of a long carpeted aisle lined with devotees standing behind metal stanchions on both sides. At the centre, a man in white dhoti and shawl, a bare-chested priest in white and yellow cloth, carries a silver tray toward a woman in a green saree with an orange shawl who receives it.
